Simple and Lite Peanut Butter Icing

Simple, not too Sweet, Peanut Butter Icing
I finally found the right mix!
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup 10x sugar
Beat together till you get a good texture!
Try it over a Chocolate Cake like the one from The Best Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Recipe | Just One Bowl! (glutenfreeonashoestring.com)
